Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

A gift for a special someone you say, well in fact yes we do! We have options available including kraft gift boxes & gift wrap, each with a personalized touch. Items will be individually wrapped in recycled materials, with optional gift message.

Gift vouchers will be sent via email to your selected person. Please note that no physical item will be shipped. Gift vouchers are not accepted at our local events and cannot be returned or exchanged.

At this time we are unable to accept custom orders or design changes.

If you are in any way unhappy about your jewelry or accessory, please let us know so we can work with you regarding a return or exchange.
All returns and exchanges are dealt with on a case to case basis within 5 days of delivery, please contact us so we can work from there.

Our new corrugated shipping boxes are 100% biodegradable, compostable and made from post consumer waste.
Your items are protected with 100% recycled corrugated bubble fill and our cello bags are biodegradable as well...
We encourage you to reuse, repurpose and recycle your order's packaging when you receive them.
Additional Information
Many of our pieces are handmade from found objects such as vintage findings and ephemera, as such each is unique in its own way.
Slight variations may occur from piece to piece, especially when it comes to gemstones and metal components
Brass, copper, and silver naturally tarnish and may have developed some patina (it's part of their charm!)
